Dried Aronia Berries (Aronia melanocarpa / Black Chokeberry) — 100% pure dried whole berries, no sugar added, no preservatives, no additives. One ingredient: aronia.
Aronia melanocarpa (black chokeberry) has one of the highest measured antioxidant capacities of any berry — significantly higher than blueberries, cranberries, or elderberries by ORAC value. The deep pigment comes from anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins, the same polyphenol family responsible for the intense dark colour and characteristic tart finish. They also contain quercetin, chlorogenic acid, vitamin C, and vitamin K.
Flavour profile: Deeply tart with a pleasantly astringent, berry-forward character and a mild natural sweetness. Bold and distinctive — pairs well with honey, apple, cinnamon, and other berries to balance the tartness.
How to use:
- Tea / infusion — steep 1–2 teaspoons in boiling water for 10–15 minutes, or simmer gently for a stronger, deeper brew. The infusion turns a vivid dark purple-red.
- Smoothies — soak briefly in warm water for 10 minutes before blending to soften the berries.
- Baking — add directly to oatmeal, muffins, cookies, energy bars, or granola. Holds shape well during baking.
- Yoghurt & porridge — stir in for a naturally fruity, antioxidant-rich topping.
- Syrup base — simmer with water and strain; sweeten with honey after cooling.
Harvested at peak ripeness and gently dried to preserve colour, aroma, and nutritional integrity. Packed in a resealable zip-lock pouch. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders leave our warehouse in Lviv, Ukraine, or our EU dispatch point within 1–2 business days. Every parcel is tracked. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days in Europe and 7–21 business days elsewhere.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Orders shipped outside the EU, including to the UK, and orders sent from Ukraine may be charged customs duties, import VAT or handling fees by the destination country. The buyer pays these charges; they are not included in our prices.
How should I store it?
Keep it sealed in its original packaging in a cool, dry, dark place, out of reach of children and pets.
