Dried Stinkhorn (Phallus impudicus) — naturally dried fruiting bodies, harvested from European forests. 100% whole specimen, no additives, no preservatives. For decorative, educational, and mycological use.
Phallus impudicus is one of the most distinctive fungi in European woodland — instantly recognisable by its tall white stalk, conical cap, and olive-green gleba. It emerges rapidly from an egg-shaped base, fully forming within hours. Its memorable appearance has made it a subject of fascination in natural history, folklore, and botanical illustration for centuries.
Once dried, the fruiting bodies lose their characteristic odour entirely and become stable, shelf-ready specimens. They are commonly used in:
- Mycology collections and natural history displays
- Botanical and apothecary arrangements
- Educational settings and foraging workshops
- Terrarium and nature-themed décor
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from humidity. Shelf-stable when stored correctly.
Not for consumption. Decorative and educational use only.
